3. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must submit the equivalence certificate issued by HEC or relevant authority.
4. Experience from private firms must be proven at the interview.
5. In-service candidates must obtain NOC/DPC from their departments.
6. Registration certificates from relevant bodies must be provided at the interview.
