Position

• Qualifications: Ph.D. in Islamic Studies or Arabic Language
• Maximum Age: 55 years (relaxable by up to 2 years)

Experience Requirements

1. Teaching/Research Experience: At least 15 years in an HEC-recognized university, post-graduate institution, or professional experience in a national or international organization.
2. Research Publications: Must have at least 15 research publications, with at least 5 in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals.
3. Administrative Experience: 5 years in an HEC-recognized institution.

Terms and Conditions

• The appointment is for a tenure of 4 years.
• The selected candidate will need to submit a performance report after 3 years to the Federal Secretary of Education, the Vice-Chancellor, and the Executive Director of HEC.
• Candidates with foreign degrees need to provide an Equivalence Certificate from the HEC.
• In-service candidates must apply through proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.
