Recruitment of Ministerial/Menial Staff Balochistan Police, Kalat Range

It is hereby announced through this advertisement by the Department of Police that applications are required to fill the following vacant positions in the Balochistan Police, Kalat Range. Candidates may submit separate forms for each position. Those who meet the criteria for the positions should submit their application forms to the respective DIGP Khuzdar Police Office.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Junior Clerk (BPS-11):

• Intermediate or equivalent qualification
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute
• 6 months of computer certification from a recognized institution

1. Naib Qasid (BPS-01):

• Middle pass (preference given to matriculates)

1. Class IV and Other Posts:

• Literate with at least a middle pass
• Relevant work experience required

Note:

1. Only local domicile candidates of Kalat Range are eligible to apply.
2. Application forms can be obtained and submitted at the respective district offices.
3. The application form fee is Rs. 300. Photocopies of the form are not acceptable.
4. All application forms must be submitted to the DIGP Khuzdar office within 20 days from the date of publication during office hours.
5. Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years of age. However, the upper age limit relaxation granted by the Government of Balochistan is applicable.
6. The date and location of the written and technical exams will be announced later through an advertisement.
7. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing for the written, technical exam, or interview.
8. Attach all educational certificates, computer shorthand diploma, CNIC, local domicile copies, and two passport-sized photographs with the application form.
9. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
10. Preference will be given to candidates with experience.
11. Government employees should apply through their respective departments.
12. A 5% quota is reserved for women, disabled, and minority candidates.
13. The department reserves the right to cancel all or any position at any time.
