As a Project Manager, you must be doing the following job duties:
- Understanding the client’s demand and needed resources to complete the project
- Determining the impact of changes on the planning and results
- Validating results on GFA, Gross Floor Area, population changes, and TIS
- Familiarity with Development Control Regulations
- Working as a point of contact between stakeholders i.e. clients, suppliers, and distributors
- Conducting periodic meetings to discuss project completion and addressing various issues
- Having full control over finances and payments
- Managing payments and receipts to save the company and customers from any inconvenience
Skills Required
- Educational Qualifications in Project Management
- More than 10 years of experience
- Familiarity with GFA, Gross Floor Area, population changes, and TIS and plot guidelines
