- Applicants may apply through ECP\’s Online Recruitment System by visiting the link: https://jobs.ecp.gov.pk/pun within 30 days of the printing of the advertisement in newspapers.
- Applicants who apply through the online recruitment system are also required to submit a hard copy of their auto-generated applications. Failure to do so will render the candidate ineligible.
- Hard copy of the application, in the prescribed format, along with relevant education/experience certificates, including CNIC and a recent passport-size photograph, should reach Post Box No. 26, G.P.O. Lahore within 35 days of publication. Clearly mention the position applied for on the envelope.
- Applications received after the cut-off date shall not be entertained.
- Relaxation of upper age limit (including 05 years general relaxation) is applicable as per the \”Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.\”
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, partially or entirely, without assigning any reason.
- Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Punjab.
- Applicants must mention their \”Date of Birth\” and \”District of Domicile\” in the Application Form. Incomplete applications will not be considered and will be rejected.
- Applicants for the posts of Staff Car Driver and Dispatch Rider must attach a copy of their Driving License with the application form.
- Government instructions regarding quotas for Women, Religious Minorities, and Disabled Persons will be observed.
- Persons already in Government Service should apply through the proper channel.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview. Only short-listed candidates will be called for the test/interview.
- The authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- NITB basic IT training/certification (03 weeks) is mandatory for the post of Junior Assistant (BPS-13) after selection and before completion of the probation period.
