CANTONMENT BOARD PESHAWAR

Cantonment Board Peshawar invites company profiles and financial proposals from qualified and reputed Consultant/Architect Firms, duly registered with the Income Tax Department and on the active tax payer list of the Federal Board of Revenue. Firms must also be registered with PCATP and PEC for hiring of consultants for the financial year 2024-25 for the following categories within the limits of Peshawar Cantonment. Proposals should reach the undersigned on or before 30-09-2024 at 11:00 AM.

Categories:

1. Consultant/Architect for new projects of Cantt Fund Buildings, Roads, Water Supply Network, Sewerage Network, etc.
2. Revamping/Rehabilitation of Cantt Fund Buildings, Roads, Water Supply Network, Sewerage Network & Improvement/Beautification of Green Belts/Chowks, etc.

Profiles along with financial proposals will be opened on 30-09-2024 at 11:30 AM in the presence of consultants/architects or their authorized representatives.

Job description

Financial Proposal Forms are obtainable on payment of Rs. 500/- only, as per Rule 23(5) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, from the office of Cantonment Board Peshawar, 5-Capt. Abdul Jalil Shaheed Road, Peshawar Cantonment immediately after the advertisement. Forms can also be downloaded from the CBP website at www.cbp.gov.pk free of cost.

The following documents must be attached with the application:

a) Company\’s Profile including CNICs
b) Registration Valid Certificate of PCATP and PEC
c) List of Permanent Staff
d) List of Equipment, Tools, and IT Gadgetries
e) List of projects completed during the last five (05) years (TP, Architecture, Infrastructure, etc.)
f) List of projects presently in-hand
g) Financial stability certificate issued by the concerned bank
h) Tax Registrations with relevant authorities
i) Affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by any public or private firm
j) Copy of Bank Certificate issued by the relevant bank
