We are seeking applications from qualified candidates to hire dynamic and career-oriented professionals for a project. The ideal candidates should possess qualifications and experience in the relevant field. The positions are offered on a CONTRACT BASIS for a duration of 1 year, up to 30th June, 2025 (extendable), with a market-based salary, and will be based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Manager (PPS 9) – Finance:

• Age: 50 Years
• Medical Doctor with a Postgraduate degree in public health specializing in health policy and systems development from a recognized institution.
• At least 10-15 years of experience in the health sector at the national or international level (minimum 2 years in the public sector).
• Experience in management of projects/programs in the public sector will be preferred.
• Experience in coordination with development partners, national and international NGOs is an asset.
• Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• IT Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet search engines as well as surveillance databases.

Manager (PPS 8) – Procurement:

• Age: 30-40 Years
• Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Commerce from an accredited academic institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Procurement management and supply chain management in the public/private sector.
• Experience with multi- and bilateral donor procurement policies and procedures.
• Expertise in PPRA rules for effective procurement processes.
• IT Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

Admin Officer (PPS 7) – Database:

• Age: 30-35 Years
• Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or MPA with 16 years of education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Admin Officer with development organizations or comparable experience in the public/private sector.
• Understanding of donor financial policies and grant management.
• Experience in financial and grant management preferred.

Communication Officer (PPS 7):

• Age: 30-35 Years
• Master\’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of working experience in health communication.
• Knowledge of media planning tools (MRI, Social Listening, ComScore).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
