Applications are invited for the appointment of eligible state subjects of AJ&K to the posts available in the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Ehtesab Bureau. Candidates fulfilling the qualification, age limit, and other requirements mentioned below may apply, subject to the conditions provided at the end.

Conditions:
- Applicants must attach attested copies of all relevant documents (Educational Certificates, State Subject, Domicile, CNIC, Experience Certificates, etc.) along with the application.
- Applications must be received at the Ehtesab Bureau, Lower Chatter, Muzaffarabad, within 15 days of the advertisement\’s publishing date.
- Full address (temporary and permanent) along with cell number should be provided in the application. The post name must be written on the right corner of the envelope.
- Candidates may apply for more than one post, but each post requires a separate application with relevant documents.
- Each application must include a Rs. 1000/- pay order in the name of DDP Ehtesab Bureau, covering stationery and administrative costs during the selection process.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests and interviews. No TA/DA will be provided for this purpose.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
- The department reserves the right to withhold the appointment for any of the above posts in the public interest.
