HIRING OF PROFESSIONALREQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU), PESRP, under the project titled \”Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education (ASPIRE)\” invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible individuals for the following positions:-

| Manager (Procurement & Contracts) (Up to Rs.425,000/- per month) | At least 16 years of education, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Candidates having procurement-related trainings/ certifications will be preferred. Higher qualifications will be preferred. | At least, Seven (07) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors. Experience in procurement of Goods, Works, Consulting and Non-consulting services and contract management with Donor-funded programs/projects & PPRA Rules. Should have in-depth knowledge of government and donors\’ procurement rules and guidelines. Understanding of procurement cycle management. |
| Manager (Strategy & Planning) (Up to Rs.425,000/- per month) | At least 16 years of Education in Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Public/Business Administration, or relevant discipline, from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Higher qualifications will be preferred. | At least Seven (07) years of relevant verifiable experience in public/private sectors. Experience with the donor-funded project will be given preference. Must have understanding of team building and organizational development. Proven experience in planning and management of government or donor-funded programs/projects, preferably in Education. Hands-on experience in developing Annual Work Plans, and design documents such as working papers/concept notes, proposals, and progress reports. Familiarity with government structures, operations, and procedures. Strong and demonstrated planning, organization, and management capacity with excellent reporting skills. |
| Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (Up to Rs.375,000/- per month) | At least Master\’s Degree or Equivalent (16 years of Education) in Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Data Science/MIS or Mathematics from a local or foreign university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Higher qualifications will be preferred | At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors. Experience of developing monitoring framework, sampling design, data collection and analysis, conducting assessments, reporting and gap analysis/corrective measures. Demonstrated experience of writing reports with quantitative analysis. |

The TORS of the above positions can be downloaded from https://pesrp.edu.pk/procurement. Under this project, the individual consultants will be hired under PPRA Rules for a period of one year.
