JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Directorate of Reclamation & Probation, Home Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar invites online applications from eligible bonafide candidates/residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Newly Merged Districts for filling the following posts purely on a contractual basis till the project life according to the Project Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for the Project \”Reformation and Skill Development facilities for Probationers.\” Candidates must possess the minimum required qualifications and age as noted against each post:

Qualification:

1. Project Director:

• Masters in Social Sciences
• Minimum 07 years of work experience in (Project) Administration/Management in Social Sector Skill Development Projects

1. Assistant Director (Skill Development):

• Masters in Social Sciences/Management Sciences
• 4 years of work experience in similar projects

1. Assistant Coordinator:

• Minimum 14 years of education in business management/commerce/social sciences from an HEC-recognized university/institute
• 03 years of work experience in Govt./Non-Governmental Organization/Project
• Proven knowledge of the skills development sector

1. Accountant:

• Minimum Bachelors in Commerce/Finance from an HEC-recognized university

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority. If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage, they will be disqualified.
2. All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA\’s website. After creating the profile, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA\’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, they cannot apply for any post.
3. Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
4. Appointment will be purely on a contract basis till the completion of the project, as per project policy.
5. The posts are project-based and will automatically be abolished upon project completion.
6. A lump sum fixed pay package will be offered as per Government Project Policy.
7. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
8. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date for the receipt of applications.
9. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
10. Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Govt. rules.
11. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
12. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
13. Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all relevant documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
14. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason.
15. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
16. In the case of a foreign degree, equivalence certificates from HEC must be provided.
17. Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed deposit slip (having token number, project code & candidates’ personal information) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app, Jazz Cash app, or at any UBL branch via UBL OMNI agent.
4. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with yourself and do not share it with anyone.
5. After online application, do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA office. Copies of testimonials/documents will be required only for candidates who qualify for the screening test.
6. The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 2nd September 2024.
7. The last date for submission of the online application is 16th September 2024.
8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to provide ported/converted mobile numbers.
9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. slip.
10. No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test via postal/courier services.
